Our buildings were recently built or completely renovated. We use our formula to equip them and prepare them to receive you. We are not a hotel, nor a typical tourist apartment. Building CAMPALANS
Property completely renovated in 2020, preserving its essence. It has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, comfortable and fully equipped with top of the line appliances and technology for your comfort and safety. On the roof terrace you can relax in a large chillout and enjoy a BBQ.
PROGRÉS Building
Built in 2019. Cozy and fully equipped. It has 4 apartments, one on each floor. Elevator. All apartments have 2 bedrooms. On the top floor the apartment is a duplex, has two bathrooms and private terrace with BBQ. You can enjoy a small terrace for common use overlooking the traditional Collblanc Market, one of the few remaining traditional markets in the Barcelona area.
ROSICH Building
Building to open in October 2021. Six apartments of design and technology. Those on the first floor have a private patio, while those on the first and second floor have a balcony that you can access from both rooms. Ah, you will love the rooftop terrace with a chill-out area and swimming pool, you will relax like nowhere else!
